Freight is the engine that keeps the world economy moving. In an era of total technological innovation, we're looking to work with high impact businesses that power the products we use, world we live in, and lives we lead. Freight sits at that intersection.
How we work
Both of us, on every engagement. Not a lead and a junior, and nobody you haven't met. The two people who learn your business are the two who build it.
We build in the open. You see something working in week two, before you commit to the rest of it.
We teach ourselves out of the job. The last stretch is your people learning to run and change it. If they can't, we didn't finish.

Who we are
Co-founder of CollageAI, a generative-AI platform incubated by Morningside Group, which manages over $3B. He shipped its first thirty-odd features and ran the Harvard pilot that lifted student learning gains 62%. Before that he ran technical due diligence on Morningside's $1.5M acquisition of StudyWise. CS @ UIUC.
He worked with Palantir to build autonomous agents that speed up patient discharge in hospitals — the same shape of work this business is built on: take the data a company already has, model it properly, and put an agent on top of it.
Creator of Stradr, a paper-trading platform used in schools around the world that has carried more than $800M in simulated volume. He has maintained it for four years. CTO of The SPRING Group since 2024, and co-founder and CEO of Lighthouse, a media-literacy company in New York. Public Policy @ Cornell, starting this fall.
He spent a summer on AI research at Harvard. The four years of keeping Stradr running matter more here than the building of it — what decides an engagement is whether the thing still works a year after we leave.
